Villa Yana is located in the village of Zmeyovo, next to the town of Stara Zagora. The incredible nature and climate of the village are the result of its special geographical location - in the Thracian plain, at the foot of Mount Betera - the only proven extinct volcano in Bulgaria.



Amongst this incredible setting, in Villa Jana there are five individual rooms with bathrooms, equipped with everything you will need for your stay with us. Each room gives you the opportunity to experience your intimate moments of contemplation and relaxation surrounded by incredible works of art.



The villa has a wonderful garden, SPA, rich library.



The atmosphere is complemented by the art that is everywhere in Villa Jana. At your disposal is our menu with dishes that you can complement with wine of your choice from our family cellar.

When you leave, you can take with you a wonderful memory of your stay with us - wine from our store.



The SPA area is located in our Japanese garden. It has a sauna, steam bath, oak cabins, suitable for use as contrast pools, relaxation baths or for SPA treatments.

In it you can relax and merge with nature while enjoying a glass of wine from our wine cellar.



In addition to our SPA, many other entertainment options are at your disposal.



In the living room of Villa Jana, you can enjoy a book from our library or play board games with a glass of wine while surrounded by amazing artwork and artifacts from our beautiful region.



The yard is at your disposal with various areas for recreation and entertainment. From sunbathing or yoga in our upper courtyard, to complete privacy and enjoyment of the silence and beautiful view in our park.



The region offers a huge variety of interesting places that you can visit.
