Included in the price are use of swimming pools (separate children pool), sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool (at the beach are paid), playing area, outdoor fitness, beach volleyball.

Right by the entrance of building A is a supermarket and in front of the pool there is a snack bar.



The apartment is spacious and with beautiful wide view of the pool, sea and beach from the third floor.



There is a bedroom with big queen sized bed and wardrobe, living room with a sofa bed for two and couch for additional person. The kitchen box is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, silverware, wine glasses and etc. There is a dining table with chairs inside and separate on the balcony.



The bathroom is with a cabin and hair dryer. You can contemplate the sea view while having breakfast or a drink before dinner. There is air conditioner in the living room and bedroom, free wi-fi and cable tv, washing machine and elevator.

The apartment can accommodate maximum 4 adults and 1 child or 3 adults and 2 children.

The parking in the complex is paid 15 lv/24 h, there is paid public parking.

Walk to Obzor city for 15 min or by paid regular line shuttle for 5 min.

We can offer in addition paid transfer from/to Varna and Burgas airports.
