House Villa Bozhi, Balchik offers 5 beds in total.

Villa Bozhi is a beautiful two-story house, located in a tranquil and green villa zone, within walking distance to the beach.



The house is located on the main road, where the guests can park their cars. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, plates, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, juice maker), a spacious living room with a 32" TV with satellite TV and sofa. There is a small bathroom and toilet on the floor as well.



An internal staircase leads to the second floor where you would find three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The bedrooms are as follows: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Each bedroom has aluminum blinds, a wardrobe, and access to the panoramic balcony.



The yard is split into 5 levels, where the house is located on the lowest one. There is a lot of greenery and flowers around that lead to the last, top level of the yard and this is where the swimming pool is located. It has measures 8.5 x 3.5metres and depth of 1.6-1.7m. The level with the swimming pool has sun beds and an umbrella.



Next to the house, there is a table with PVC chairs where you can have your morning coffee. There is also a movable BBQ that can be used there or it can be moved next to the swimming pool, for parties.



The sofa in the living room can be used for sleeping as well.



The total number of people that can be accommodated in Villa Bozhi is 5 adults on regular beds and there is a possibility of children's cot to be provided upon request, at no extra cost.



Villa Bozhi is not suitable for people with motor problems due to the fact there are lots of stairs.
