Trayanova House has three triple rooms of 16 m² on the second floor with a total capacity of 9 people. Each of the rooms is furnished with new furniture - a bedroom and a single bed, convectors for heating, air conditioning, LCD TV, Internet and its own bathroom, the summer kitchen is a separate building with its own toilet, air conditioning, fireplace, LCD TV and an equipped kitchen.



For the entertainment of the guests during the warm months, an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) with dimensions of 5 x 2.5 x 0.9 m and water temperature of 28-30 degrees) is available, plus an umbrella and a deck chair.



Weekend rental of the House in July and August is a minimum of three nights (Thursday-Sunday or Friday - Monday)



50% advance payment by bank transfer when booking

In case of cancellation of the reservation, 50% of its value is due

No refunds are given if the guests wish to leave earlier than scheduled.

The price of the house is valid for accommodation of nine people. It is forbidden to use soft furniture for sleeping.

Parking outside the house is unguarded.

Free parking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is rented in the presence of a host.



The indicated prices are for 2 nights on a weekend / 5 on a weekday:



2 nights - BGN 229 each.
