The studio is completely independent, with its own parking space. The veranda overlooks the sea. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. The dining area is situated on the veranda, but there is one in the bedroom.



The studio is in close proximity (3 minutes walk) from the largest oak forest on the Balkan Peninsula, through which you can reach the beach of Karadere (3 km), the village of Samotino (2 km), Kanarata. Nearby are the beaches of the protected area Kamchiyski Pyasatsi. For lovers of kitesurfing - the south wind .... You know .... The Black Cape Reef is suitable for snorkeling and spearfishing.
