A neat house in a rustic style that will enchant you with its large yard and the many trees that create their own fresh microclimate, two swings, two hammocks, barbarians and a play area.



It has three rooms on the second floor, each with bathroom and toilet. Two rooms have bedrooms, one of which can accommodate an extra bed, and the third has two single beds. The two bedrooms are connected by a common terrace, which will enchant you in the evening with the presentation of the stars, so close that it seems to you that if you reach out you will touch them.



The house is cool, as well as the evenings in Sinemorets, but for even greater comfort there are ceiling fans.

On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and everything necessary for the household. The living room opens onto a spacious and cool veranda with a large table for good company. It overlooks the flower-filled courtyard, where you can enjoy the silence, relax with a cool drink and a book. For your convenience, on hot summer days we have created a cozy summer corner under the old tree. In the evening it becomes a romantic center for conversations. And the old walnut will protect you from the scorching sun and curious glances.



The property is located within walking distance to the northern beach Veleka, but if you keep you can by car.



Nearby, just a stone's throw away are lavish restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, pubs. And despite the noise, merriment and fun on the street, in the yard you will enjoy the silence, tranquility and song of the crickets.
