Family villa Topi offers comfort and privacy at the end of the village. Escape offering comfort! Here people have fun with their friends in a relaxed atmosphere, creating unforgettable memories in a modern Bulgarian village. Our guests are connoisseurs of solitude and tranquility, looking for an opportunity to break away from the big city and indulge in rest and relaxation.



Villa Topi is located in southern Bulgaria, Kaloyanovo village, district Plovdiv. The area is blessed and there are many places around that are worth seeing - Plovdiv, Hissarya, Starosel, Banya. Also, our guests can enjoy mineral pools, horseback riding, fishing, Dragon Track, in case there is a public event and more.



The house has 4 double bedrooms and one additional room with a sofa bed. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people.



Creative activities:

If you wish, we can prepare a creative workshop on glass, wood or knitting. So everyone will leave with a practical and created by him article that will remind you of the time spent together with us.



Children's entertainment:

For the youngest (1-5 years) the yard of the house offers a children's playground on the green lawn with the toys of our children.



And for the older ones (6-14 years), we can offer organized outdoor adventures.

We have entrusted this initiative to our daughter Joanna Topalska (19 years old). She has over 8 years of experience with children as a scout and guide to the National Scout Organization of Bulgaria and more than 4 years as a volunteer at the Children's Science Center Muzeiko.
