We offer a luxury house for rent, 3.5 km from the town of Sandanski and 28 km from the border checkpoint - Kulata. It is located on the southern slope of Pirin Mountain, with a beautiful view of the Pirin, Slavyanka and Belasitsa mountains. The Balkans are preferred for holidays and living because of the coolness, the region has a dry, subtropical climate.
The house consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and dining area, two bathrooms (one of which has a jacuzzi). There is equipment and extras for cooking - utensils, stove, coffee machine. There is a sewer, electricity, crystal clear water from Pirin, solar panel, air conditioning. The veranda has an indescribable view of the Melnik pyramids! The yard is 630 square meters, there is a children's playground (swings for children and adults, slide, sandpit). In the yard there is an outdoor pool for children - 116 diameter, swimming pool for adults - 3/76 m in diameter, outdoor barbecue, places for rest and relaxation.
The house is powered by internet and cable TV. It is suitable for 4 people, with the possibility of accommodating two more people in the living room (comfortable sofa bed). Everything is furnished and equipped with great love for a wonderful stay and complete relaxation.
