House Villa By the river, Botevgrad offers 6 beds in total.

Vila By the river is a tri-story house situated in a village area next to Botevgrad 40 minutes away from the capital. The area is quiet and preferred for rest and relaxation. At the disposal of our guests there is a spacious outdoor barbecue with a large refrigerator and TV, a seasonal swimming pool, outdoor sauna and access to a small picturesque river. Pets are welcome with us. It is suitable for 6 to 10 people.



At the disposal of our guests there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms with sofa beds, two kitchen areas and big outdoor BBQ next to the pool. All rooms are spacious and functional.



There isn't busy traffic around the area and is suitable for walking and enjoying the forest. Parking is in the yard of the villa in a separate area. The villa area is a favorite place for rest by both our guests and neighboring villas and is not suitable for large and noisy gatherings.



The price for the whole villa is 400lv per night and minimum 2 nights stay. For reservation we ask for 1/3 of the value in advance. Check in after 14:00 and check out till 12:00.
