Newly refurbished 2 bedroom flat, located next to Arena Burgas spots center. In the area you could find many fast food restaurants, grocery stores and a lovely park, where you can go for a walk. There is a well build transport infrastructure. The area is free to park.



The flat has 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen with a sitting area.



The Livingroom could be used as a 2nd bedroom. There are 2 sofas, as one of them could be easily transformed as bed. Besides the 2 sofas there is a TV, wardrobe and drawers where you could store your clothes. On the balcony you could find a table with two chairs, where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee in the morning, or a cheeky glass of wine in the evening.



The bedroom has a double bed, TV, wardrobe and table with 2 chairs. At the balcony we have placed the laundry machine and the boiler for the hot water.



The kitchen is located in between the 2 bedrooms. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen island, fridge, dishwasher, stove with hot plates, coffee machine and cattle.



There is a shared bathroom which is also located at the entry corridor between the two bedrooms.



The flat cannot be booked for less that 3 days.



Important - in order to make the booking valid, you will need to pre-pay one night stay via bank transfer, which is non refundable if your booking is cancelled later on by the visitor. The remaining amount of the stay need to be paid via bank transfer after the visitor is accommodated.
