Prices for the 2024 season, the prices are per night for an entire room:

Twin room with sea view:

- price BGN 60 per night for the period from 01.05 to 18.07 and from 11.08 to 30.09;

- price BGN 70 per night for the period from 19.07 to 10.08

Triple room with bedroom and sofa bed with sea view:

- price BGN 70 per night for the period from 01.05 to 18.07 and from 11.08 to 30.09;

- price BGN 90 per night for the period from 19.07 to 10.08

Double room with a bedroom with a view of the backyard:

- price BGN 60 per night for the period from 01.05 to 18.07 and from 11.08 to 30.09;

- price BGN 70 per night for the period from 19.07 to 10.08

The rooms are on the floor of a house in the Old Town on the seashore with a unique view of the Burgas Bay, the address is 80 Peyo Yavorov Street. The floor has three separate rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, refrigerator, terrace, table and chairs, Wi-Fi.

On the floor there is an equipped common kitchen with the possibility of cooking on site. There is also a washing machine.

Parking is free, on the street in front of the house, we don't have a blue zone!

The house is located on the promenade on Yavorov Street, in a quiet and peaceful place, 10 minutes' walk from the city center and 5 minutes' walk from the Salt Museum with healing mud and Pomorie Lake. A 15-minute walk away are the food hypermarkets LIDL and BILLA, DM, PEPCO, Sol Pharmacy. Nearby there are small neighborhood grocery stores, pharmacies, Pomorie police station, public transport stops and a tourist train.

Reservations are made by phone or e-mail after prepayment of one night by bank transfer or easy pay.

The rooms are rented all year round. When renting a room for a longer period, the price is negotiable.
