Join our traditional Rhodope evening, sometimes accompanied by the sound of the Bulgarian gaida (bagpipe) and folk songs—you’ll leave happy, well-fed and refreshed.
Enjoy our famous freshly baked Borovo mekitsi with homemade jam and local cheese, katmi, traditional Borovo banitsa, tenurki, ayran, Rhodope kolatsi, local white cheese and yellow cheese.
For lunch we serve homemade specialties, including rabbit cooked in clay pots and lamb shanks baked in earthenware casseroles.
