Villa Makeli is located in the center of the picturesque village of Rogachevo. There are two local grocery stores near the house. The distance to the beaches of Albena and Kranevo is only about 5 km. The town of Balchik, known for its wonderful seaside promenade and the famous Balchik Palace with its beautiful botanical garden, is 10 km away. In Balchik, you will also find numerous restaurants and attractions.
Villa Makeli offers its guests a large swimming pool (10x5 m) with a depth of 1.60 m, a jacuzzi with warm water, and a large sun deck with loungers and umbrellas with LED lighting, a children's play area, and a football field. Right in front of the pool is our summer kitchen with a large dining table, equipped with a charcoal grill, electric grill, stove, glasses, plates, and utensils.
Villa Makeli has a capacity of up to 30 people, with main beds for 24 guests (12 bedrooms). It includes 5 apartments, 4 of which have two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and a large terrace with views of the sea and the beaches of Albena and Kranevo. There is also a large penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, as well as a spacious dining area with a kitchen and a seating area with a TV, where more than 30 people can comfortably gather. In the winter, the penthouse dining area is ideal for hosting large groups.
Villa Makeli also has a summer banquet hall on the 1st floor, right in front of our large sunlit pool. On the veranda by the pool, you will find 5 large dining tables, providing ample space for even the largest group. Additionally, there is a seating area with comfortable outdoor furniture.
The villa can be rented either in its entirety or by individual apartments.
The price of Villa Makeli is determined by the number of guests, and if rented by smaller groups, the remaining apartments will not be rented to other guests. When you rent the villa, the pool and garden are exclusively yours, with no shared space
