Hotel Iskar is situated 50 meters from the beach. Here is based an aqua park including three pools with four waterslides for adults and one for children. There are a lot of new green areas with rare trees which lacks in this region. For those who love sports, there are basketball and mini football playground and an area for beach volleyball. There is a nursery with playground, badminton, hockey on the grass, pool and darts. There is a lobby bar, an outdoor bar that is looking on the main road, pool bar, a restaurant with 120 places; a terrace belongs to the restaurant with 60 places. There is a special ground for a barbeque with 50 places and animation for children and adults.



The hotel is completely air-conditioned and it’s renovated in 2008. There are 155 rooms – 65 studios, 38 double rooms, 10 single rooms, 25 apartments (each one includes bedroom and living room), 5 apartments with two separated rooms with 4 regular beds and option for an extra bed, 12 triple rooms with bed for 2 persons, single bed and an extra bed. In the apartments and the studios, there are two single beds and option for an extra bed for an adult and a child as well. There is a small kitchen and a fridge there.
