Absolutely self-contained studio with private bathroom in an ideal center (behind the Black Sea Hotel) near the main shopping street of the city, the beach and the Sea Garden. Within walking distance - 8 min. gara; 5 minutes to the sea; 2 minutes from the Municipality and less than 1 minute stops / main transport hub / to all points of the city.



The apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, electric kettle for hot water, cups, plates and cutlery. Clean bed linen, duvets, towels, toiletries, cable TV, internet, air conditioning. The apartment allows its guests to spend a pleasant stay in a homely atmosphere and comfort.

For the active season /1.07-1.09/ reservations are accepted only with a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount for the respective period by bank transfer. By appointment without financial commitment is accommodated only if there are others available for the day, and accommodation is in the order of arrival.
