Experience the incredible combination of work and nature. We have carefully selected a comfortable chair and a spacious table for your laptop. Find your focus in a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for work, reading or creative pursuits. Step out onto your private balcony, sip your favorite drink and let the gentle fresh air invigorate your senses.

We rent 2 modern, comfortable apartments (± 85 m²) in the picturesque seaside town of Balchik. Each of the apartments has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. They have air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are provided. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings and the Black Sea.

We offer a total of 12 beds in two adjacent apartments.

Our apartments are located in the upper part of Balchik, only 900 m from the beach. So on foot, by public transport (the bus stop is in front of the building) or by car you can quickly reach the cozy center, the pleasant promenade, the marina and the beaches overlooking the sparkling waters of the Black Sea. Be sure to visit Queen Mary's Palace and the adjoining Botanic Gardens, discover local art at the Art Gallery and immerse yourself in local history by visiting the History and Ethnography Museum.

Within ±50 km by car from Balchik there are many attractions that you should not miss during your stay:

- the seaside resorts and beaches of Albena, Tuzlata, Kavarna and Golden Sands near Varna

- the port city of Varna

- the Aladzha rock monastery

- the archaeological reserves of Kaliakra and Yaylata
