Apartment New Studio 1 - City center, Sofia offers 4 beds in total.

Studio in a boutique house, located in an inner courtyard, between the apartment buildings, in complete silence, isolated from any city noise, although in the very center of Sofia.

It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed that can be converted into another queen-size bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet.



The price is €35 for two people, and for the third and fourth - plus €10 per person, per day.



We also have a one-time cleaning fee - €10 once per stay.



It is located within walking distance of the National Palace of Culture (about 200 m) and Vitosha Blvd., a few steps from modern cafes and restaurants offering a variety of food to suit all budgets. The metro connects you directly to the airport (about 20 minutes away), the Central Railway Station and the Central Bus Station (both 5 minutes away).



Parking is paid - instead of €15, as in the parking lots around, €10 per day, and that's when we have a free space for you.
