The house is a paradise, nestled in the heart of Stara Planina, a perfect place to relax in nature - away from the busy city life, close to many cultural and historical sites, museums, the Old Quarter of Kotel, Zheravna with its over 200 houses-monuments of culture, the village of Medven, as well as countless other beautiful and remarkable places.
The house has a capacity of 9 people with an additional 2 sofa beds, and without them has a capacity of 7 people divided into 3 rooms - bedroom with en suite bathroom and toilet, double and triple room with large and comfortable single beds, separate bathroom.
Distance to Sofia - 360 km, Plovdiv - 225 km, Varna - 183 km, Bourgas - 115 km, Sliven - 69 km, Yambol - 65 km.

On the territory of the municipality there are two reserves and several protected areas:
- Kersenlika Reserve with a total area of 114.5 ha.
- The Eagle Reserve has an area of 559.4 ha
- Zlosten Protected Area
- Urushki Skali Protected Area
