Petyovata house is located in the small and quiet village of Lyaskovo, 5 km from the town of Aytos and 35 km. from the city of Burgas.



Petyova House offers you peace and quiet, away from the noisy city with all the necessary conditions for an unforgettable experience.

The house has a total accommodation capacity of 8 people, respectively divided into 2 double and 1 quadruple room, furnished with comfortable and beautiful furniture.

For the pleasure of our guests a beautiful and extremely cozy tavern with a kitchenette has been built. The tavern can accommodate up to 12 people.

In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances for cooking and serving.

In the yard you will find a shed furnished with tables and benches for 20 people and a barbecue. Meadows with ryegrass and many flowers complement the atmosphere and create a feeling of timelessness.

The house is offered for rest and relaxation or for family celebrations and can be used without the bed base at the request of the guests.
