Apartment with two rooms, facing east / south, distribution: large room with bed 160/200 and sofa bed with dimensions for sleeping 144/190, private bathroom and toilet, kitchenette, which is used as a luxury room, outdoor part to a swing and a stone fountain with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

2. Luxury room - west / south exposure, offers a large bed 160/200, sofa bed size 144/190, private bathroom and toilet, kitchenette, which is used by the apartment, outside to the arch and meadow with tui and grass mixture, offering table and chairs for outdoor dining.

3. Room facing north / east, offers a large bed 160/200, recliner, private bathroom and toilet, the kitchen, which uses the room, is 7 m in shape in a covered barbecue next to the room.



FLOOR 2:

1. Studio facing east / south, distribution: large bed 160/200, sofa bed with the possibility of sleeping 144/190, private bathroom and toilet, separate kitchenette, terrace about 20 square meters with table and chairs for dining openly, the two studios on the 2nd floor also have a common north terrace to the approach to the studios.
