The house is located in the center of the town of Dospat, 300m from the Dospat dam.



It has 12 guest rooms, with an option for an extra bed (sofa bed) in each room. Each room has a private bathroom, a large terrace, LED TV, cable TV, Internet, refrigerator, heating both in the room and in the bathroom.
