The house offers two cozy one-bedroom apartments and two elegant studios, all with captivating sea views. It is set on the rocky shore in the old cultural and historical part of Ahtopol, right next to the lighthouse - a place where sea and light meet in an endless play.

From here, an unforgettable panorama of the open sea and magical sunrises unfolds, turning every morning into a unique experience. Just steps away are the old church and the former Greek school, now a base of the National Academy of Art, which further enhances the artistic spirit of the area.

The house has been home to four generations of artists and carries within it their history, sensitivity, and love for art. In the creative studio-gallery, guests can immerse themselves in original works inspired by the sea, the light, and the serene silence of this enchanting place. The neighborhood is the old part of the city, declared a cultural monument, visited throughout the year by many tourists. Also part of it is one of the most emblematic buildings of Ahtopol, the Greek School, which was built at the beginning of the last century by a Greek architect with friezes from Marseilles. It is currently the base of the National Academy of Arts, where art plein airs, student internships and international art symposia are held every year.
