We have 9 double rooms and 2 quadruple. The quadruple room price BGN 10 lv without VAT/ bed at full occupancy. The rooms have cable TV with 240 channels, optical internet, luxury PVC windows with triple glazing, new furniture, Magniflex mattresses, access control system. Shared bathrooms with two showers and an entrance hall. Shared toilets with two sinks, urinal and toilet. On the floor there are 2 pcs. bathrooms and 2 pcs. toilets. Shared kitchen with living room 55 m2 with TV, hob, oven, washing machine and refrigerator.



The building has been completely renovated with new windows, doors, flooring and furniture. The heating is with convectors. There is a coffee machine for drinks at the entrance of the building.



We have free parking for cars and buses.
