The building has a 24 person capacity split into independent living spaces, which can be rented in the following configurations:

- Three apartments each with 2 rooms with a combined area of 2*55+1*63 square meters, a balcony, a spacious bathroom with shower cabin and a kitchenette with all needed appliances and utensils. Each apartment has one 160/200 queen bed and a 140/195 sofa bed.

- A 53 square meters studio with a balcony, bathroom with shower cabin and a kitchenette with all needed appliances and utensils. Available beds are one 164/200 queen bed and a 140/195 sofa bed.

- A 28 square meters studio without a balcony with a bathroom with a shower cabin. Available beds are one 160/200 queen bed and a 120/190 sofa bed.
