We are offering a completely new flat which is located exactly in the city square of our gorgeous and sunny town Obzor.



The whole building is recently built, as follow our rooms as well are completely furnished with a brand new furniture with electrical and household appliances. More than perfect for relaxation in the hot summer days. It’s on the 4th floor, but there is a flat path suitable for stroller, wheel chairs and disabled people, which takes you right in front the elevator and gives you very, very easy access to the place. There is staircase as well.



The flat is 400 meters away from the sea and 170 meters from the bus station.

Suitable for a family of 4 people. It has a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, 2 balconies with sea and mountain view, entrance hall and in the common areas, which are located in the backyard of the building, you have the possibility of using the summer kitchen and barbecue. There is provided park place so you don’t have to worry where to leave your car!
