Charisma Guest Rooms are located in the center of the Kraimorie residential complex – a resort village that is becoming increasingly preferred destination for tourists like you, thanks to its beautiful beach and shallow sea.



Sun, sea, and hospitality are just a few of the things that await you during your stay at Charisma Rooms.



The rooms are modernly furnished, each with an area of 15 sq.m., featuring a queen-size bed (1.60/200 cm), TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom.

We also offer a studio of 25 sq.m., custom-furnished with solid wood furniture, including a queen-size bed (1.60/200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom.



The house and rooms were fully renovated in 2020 and are available for rent year-round.

Each room provides guests with an additional pull-out sofa + a top mattress, free of charge for our little guests up to 6 years old. For an extra bed for guests over 6 years, there is an additional charge of 5 BGN per night.



Kraimorie is a small neighborhood of Burgas, located 10 km from the city center and 20 km north of the beautiful town of Sozopol.
