The house is located in the old part of the city - Kulata district, just below Tulbe park - 50m from the Thracian tomb and 10 minutes walk from the center. We tried our best to make sure you didn't miss anything while staying here - we offer what we ourselves want to get when we go somewhere.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker /coffee available/ for those who love the morning espresso, which you can enjoy in the morning in the garden enjoying the birds chirping from the nearby park. The house is well insulated and kept cool in summer and warm in winter.



In the summer season are nearby the Aqua Mineral Park in the village of Ovoshtnik and the pool of Zornitsa. We are available to our guests for any assistance to make your stay in the city enjoyable. If you need a transfer from another place in Bulgaria to here we will assist you in the best conditions for you. We can arrange trips to nearby places and sights.



To renovate this house and make it a cozy place was my dream that had already come true. My wish is for all guests to feel good and happy during their stay here.
