The Kolchagov's house is situated in the town of Razlog, which has kept the spirit of the Bulgarian National Revival period. It will awe you with its beautiful nature and close proximity to the mountains Pirin and Rila. Ski lift Bansko, leading to the ski tracks Banderica and Todorka, is located just 5 kilometers from the town. The village of Banya, famous for its mineral baths, is also near Razlog (5 km). Furthermore, the town's municipality has a total of 113 natural mineral springs and 6 equestrian bases. Finally, there is Pirin Golf - a golf field surrounded by pine forests and a stunning view of the nearby mountains Pirin and Rila.
The house has two separate floors and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
The first floor has 3 double-bedrooms and a living room with а sofa bed, fit for 2 people. There are two camp-beds that can be set up, should you need them. There are 3 individual bathrooms. Guests are given bath towels and a blow dryer. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the entire house’s heating systems runs on gas.
The second floor has 1 double bedroom, a dining room and an apartment type room. Every room has its own bathroom. An additional camp-bed can be set up in the rooms as well.
All the rooms have cable TV and Wi-Fi coverage.
The house has 2 parking spaces available.
The tavern will charm you with its beautiful fireplace and cozy atmosphere. Wood for the fireplace is free of charge.
