House Simada Green, Varshets offers 12 beds in total.

The house is suitable for a family vacation, for your business trip or celebration ( we can accommodate up to 12 people).



The bedrooms are 5 ( 2 triple and 3 double rooms).Every separate bedroom has its own bathroom and offers all the amenities you might need for your comfort stay. The kitchen downstairs is shared and fully equipped. There is free tea and coffee for your convenience at all times.

The yard, the outside covered dining area with kitchenette and the barbecue, are all shared as well.



The house is situated on a nice and quiet street, just couple of steps away from the main pedestrian street, leading to the city center.
