At a close range there are parks with children's playgrounds, and also in 10 minutes you can find yourself in the pine forest of Velingrad surroundings.



The rooms have double bed and extendable armchair, private bathroom, terrace, TV, fridge, air-conditioner and electric kettle. One of the studios has double bed and the other one French beds which can be put together as double bed or separate beds depending on customer's wish.



In both studios there are extendable sofa, coffee table, terrace, private bathroom, TV, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and air-conditioner.

In all premises there is Wi-Fi. A separate ironing corner is available at the house.
