My recently renovated 33m2 studio only 20 meters from Mladost 1 Metro Station is the perfect flat for one person or a couple visiting as tourists or staying to work for an extended period of time.



The living/sleeping area is compact and functional. The bed slides into the wall to serve as a couch during the day and there is plenty of storage space.

The Wi Fi connection is strong.

The dining table can seat 4 people and also be used for working at a computer. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kettle as well as everything you need to cook.



The studio is located on the 3rd floor in a secure building. You will be given a key to the building with an electronic chip for the entrance and elevator.



There is a farmers market surrounded by shop across from the entrance.

There are restaurants, bank machines, shops, and pharmacies all within a few minutes walk.

There is also free parking in the courtyard.
