Life House-Semkovo is at an altitude of 1650 m, which makes us the highest located guest house in Bulgaria. It is made entirely of wood, giving an incomparable coziness.
The villa has 2 large bedrooms on the second floor, each with a bathroom and one double and one single bed, as well as an option to add an additional bed in each bedroom.
On the first floor is a large living room with two sofa beds and also a bathroom.
During the warmer months, our guests can enjoy the wonderful eco trails, lakes, peaks, as well as pick herbs, blueberries, wild strawberries and other forest fruits. The area is also very suitable for mountain biking.
A 15-minute walk from the house is a picturesque lake and Semkovo hut 1750 above sea level.
Near the resort is the Dancing Bears Reserve, and the only one of its kind in Bulgaria - Rila Fun Park.
In winter, snow is always present and there are 4 km of ski slopes and a ski storage room available.
The complex has several cozy taverns where you can try local specialties.
The house is heated by a fireplace.
The place is picturesque and ideal for people who love nature and seek a connection with it.
