Yovchov's house is located at the beginning of the natural park of Bulgarka - the village of Neykovtsi, 7 km from the town of Tryavna. The house was built in 1895 by the soldier Yovcho Nenkov. It was restored in 2004, skillfully combining the old style with suitable furnishings for rest and relaxation.
The maximum capacity is 10 beds and the optimum - 8 beds, distributed in 4 triple rooms with 2 bathrooms. The rooms are household furnished - covered with woven carpets and the furniture is made of solid wood. From the large balcony on the second floor you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Balkan. The heating is with local heating. Bathroom amenities and ironing facilities are provided.
Guests have use of a fully equipped kitchen and a tavern with a fireplace (seating up to 10 people), as well as an outdoor barbecue with a shed and seating area.
The house has its own outdoor swimming pool.
In the spacious courtyard there is also a parking space for cars.
Near the house there is a children's playground with swings and a climbing frame.
An Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a stadium are located 2 km from the house.
