The new house consists of a tavern with a kitchen, a luxury seating area, a large relaxation room and a rainy day, a bathroom, a toilet and 2 bedrooms.



The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances - oven, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, bakery, coffee maker, mixer and blender. The tavern has a capacity of 16 people.





The room next to the tavern is furnished with a large luxurious sofa, comfortable for sleeping and relaxing for 2 people with dimensions 82 x 200. The large hall is suitable for bigger celebrations. After it there is a separate apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms and rooms. One bedroom is luxuriously upholstered with a mattress size of 160 x 200, and the second one has 2 detached French beds measuring 90 x 200.



The old house is two-storey. On the first floor there is a bedroom, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, entrance hall with authentic jam, bathroom and toilet.





The sleeping room has a luxurious bedroom with a 160 x 200 mattress.



In the dining room, the sofa is designed for sleeping two people with a size of 72 x 200. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, hob, washing machine and fridge.



In the front door there is a comfortable extending armchair with a size of 72 x 190 sleeping.



The second floor of the house consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a luxurious round bedroom with a mattress diameter of 210 cm and the other with 2 French beds 90 x 200, which can be used and separated. On the floor there is a bathroom and toilet in the Renaissance style.



The complex has a swimming pool in a separate yard named Roman Baths, because during excavations near Plovdiv there are several granite blocks, which the then owner purchases. The stones are an ideal place to cure rheumatism and other joint pains.
