In the village of Cherni Osam, 8 km away from the Troyan Monastery for our guests, we offer a complete holiday in a detached villa with a panoramic view of the Cherni Osam river, garden and barbecue. Coolness and fresh air, combined with tranquility, will allow you to enjoy nature, wonderful in any season.



With us, you will find coziness and comfort from the combination of floor heating with wood furnishings, handmade natural carvings, and Troyan ceramics.



There are five rooms with a total of 14 beds, equipped kitchen and dining room, cable TV, and wireless internet. The villa can be rented out in whole or in separate rooms.

First floor - two double and one triple room with shared bathroom.

Second floor - one triple and two double rooms with shared bathroom.

Basement - dining room and kitchenette.
