Mysterious breath of forest and idyllic atmosphere offers the House of Brdo in the architectural reserve Jeravna. Seen from the elders of the old Renaissance houses, the stars here shine brighter and the nights are cool, like the monks' gods.



The House of Brdo preserves the tradition of the Bulgarian lifestyle. The rooms speak about the spirit of our ancestors with the charm of hand-knit lace, old dressers, colorful rugs and fluffy tunics.

Behind the stone walls, however, modern luxury and facilities are located - local heating, digital TV in each room, private bathroom.



Here guests can order breakfast buffet, baked bread rolls, homemade sour milk and cheese. The hosts tend to perform every culinary whim, provoked by the children's memories of the Granny's mangoes. The Tavern of the Brdo House is a paradise for gourmets. Drinks are made from soy, and the kitchen offers an exciting adventure in the world of lamb, pork and chicken, flavored with fragrant mountain spices.



Owners, Nicholas and Radost, seem to have entangled part of themselves in the building of the house. Nikolay, not only the name of Usta Kolyo Ficheto, but also the Usta's craftsman, has built a house for a miracle and a fairy tale, while Radost - by touching the details of the interior, turned the house into a cozy and welcoming home that strokes the eyes and enjoys the heart.
