House Kalandzha 2, Sinemorets offers 36 beds in total.

Kalandzha 2 offers its guests 2 two-storeyed houses, located in the Polyanite area of Sinemorets, in a quiet and peaceful place. They are 150 meters from the beach and only 7-8 minutes walking distance to the South Beach Butamyata.



The houses have a total of 4 apartments and 4 studios with private spacious terraces overlooking the sea. Each has own kitchen, modernly equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware.



The price of the studio is for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old) or 3 adults.

The price of the apartments is for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old).

For children over 12 years old is paid 15 levs per person per day.



On the first floor, there are one studio and an apartment. The studio has double bed and a sofa bed (140/200 cm), air conditioning, LCD TV and a kitchenette. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a double bed and a sofa bed (140/200). Each of the rooms has a private bathroom with toilet, air conditioning and LCD TV. Between the rooms, there is situated the living room with kitchenette.



The second floor also offers a studio and an apartment. The apartment has 2 rooms, two double beds and 1 sofa bed, as the one on the first floor, but it has one bathroom and a toilet.



The yard of the houses is fenced. There is big parking space.



The premises are considered reserved after payment of a deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount for the stay. The deposit is returned in case of cancellation of the reservation no later than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date.
