House Captain Niko, Kraimorie offers 26 beds in total.

In our modernly furnished guest houses Kapitan Niko, with an outdoor pool 4 x 9 m and a warm hydromassage jacuzzi with 39°C water, you will relax to the fullest. From the large verandas there is a wonderful view of the sea, island and port, and opposite us is the beautiful Kraimorie beach - just 3 minutes from the gate.

The houses have sun loungers, swings, barbecue and parking space.



The main house has space for 12 people - six bedrooms and four separate WCs, a large modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine, toaster).



If you are a larger company (or smaller), there is a possibility to accommodate you in our second house, which has four apartments for another 14 people, each apartment is occupied independently and is additionally equipped with a kitchenette, sofa bed, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi internet and a large veranda with a sea view.

They are suitable for bachelorette parties and other celebrations, we offer catering and decoration for the occasion, transfer and a yacht trip.

Kraimorie Beach is extremely suitable for small children, and the beach is long and shallow. For fans of extreme sports there is a water banana, jet, surfing, and the Amaya Beach restaurant is 100 m from us, where the most exotic weddings are held.



Prices for summer 2026:

From June 1 to September 30 (for July and August minimum occupancy - 5 nights, and for June and September - 3 nights)

- house for 12 people - €500/night and additionally for 1 apartment (2+2) - €120/night, without breakfast

- house for 12 people - €550/night and additionally for 1 apartment (2+2) - €135/night, with homemade breakfast included

Over 7 nights - with 5% discount.



In another period, with a minimum of 2 nights:

- house for 12 people - 450 €/ night - up to 12 people and an apartment - 80 €/ night for 2+2 people, without breakfast

- house for 12 people - 500 €/ night and additionally for 1 apartment (2+2) - 100 €/ night, with ho
