Villa Montemno is located in Beklemeto resort, 22 km from Troyan. It is situated in the beautiful nature of the Troyan Balkan, on the border with the Central Balkan National Park and north of the Troyan Pass. In close proximity to the remains of Montemno station on the ancient Roman road Via Traiana.



The Beklemeto Resort (1360 m above sea level) offers wonderful conditions for winter tourism. It has a combination of three ski lifts serving three ski runs with a total length of about 2.5 km; three ski wardrobes, snowmobiles, and two rackets. Nearby is the best ski run in Bulgaria for cross-country skiing and biathlon in a broad-leaved forest, meeting the European requirements. Snow retention here is about 110 days a year. Beklemeto is the starting point for many tourist routes around the Troyan Balkan - the Dermenka Chalet, the Dobrila Chalet, the Chuchul Chalet, the Kozya Stena Chalet and others.



The villa has 12+ places in 3 standard pairs and 2 suites. The rooms have private bathrooms and toilets, satellite TV, central heating. For dining, it offers a fireplace area, a well-equipped kitchenette for self-catering. The villa has a wonderful view of the Balkan valley and Osam valley.



The villa offers ski instruction for children and adults, skiing routes and organized picnics. The tourist routes include visits to chalets - Dermenka, Dobrila, shelter Eagle Nest, Chuchul hut and Steneto Reserve, Neshkovtsi neighborhood and others.
