The shores of the longest dam in Bulgaria attract the numerous fishermen present all year round in this paradise. Visitors can enjoy unforgettable and varied fishing, both in the dam itself and along the banks of the Arda River. Also, the area has wonderful conditions for hunting tourism.



And if you are not a fan of hunting, fishing or skiing, you can just walk along an eco path in the mountains. Here you will explore the region with the most biodiversity. In the municipality, there are 84 species of plants from the Red Book and 11 rare species on a global scale. The area is of great importance for the protection of birds - 77 species of birds are listed in the country's Red Book and 7 species are protected worldwide. The variety of raptors is unique.

Built from natural eco materials - stone and wood, creating a pleasant home atmosphere Villa Pireyna is located in two separate buildings. In the larger building there are 4 rooms, each with three beds. In the other building there are two rooms, again with three beds in each. The villa also has a dining room/tavern equipped with a kitchenette that has a stove, microwave, fridge, barbecue.



And when the weather is good and predisposes to outdoor entertainment, there is also the courtyard of the villa, beautifully landscaped, with an artificial pond and a relaxation area.



The villa has a perfect infrastructure with an asphalt road.
