Guest comfort has guaranteed by a hot plate, an oven, microwave, and fridge in the kitchen. The washing machine is placed in the entrance hall. For the guest free time, there are TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi internet. There is hot water in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
