Guest house Villa Nikolina is built in an architectural style similar to that of the ancient Gabrovo houses.
It is located in the village of Sennik, the birthplace of a noted Bulgarian, the great wrestler - Dan Kolov.
Perched on one of the highest places in the village, it offers an extremely picturesque view of the northern slopes of Stara Planina and Mount Botev. Near it, only 7 km away is the town of Sevlievo, and within 20 to 50 km, guests can reach such centers rich in historical and cultural attractions as V. Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Troyan, Dryanovo, Tryavna, and others, in a short time.
On the ground floor there are: a large tavern with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette, where guests can prepare their own food if they wish, and a small spa center with two types of saunas/infra-red and classic/, jacuzzi and a room with table tennis.
On the first floor there are: one double room, one studio with four beds, with separate bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace, equipped with a workplace, and on the second floor - two apartments with two double rooms each, and one bathroom each.
The furniture is in a traditional old style, and the feeling of home comfort is further enhanced by the furniture made of natural wood.
Outside, the house has a large yard on three levels. At the bottom one, at the moment, a sports field is being built, and the process is at a stage - completed fence and concrete pavement, which even now allows to practice sports, such as tennis, football and others. In the foreseeable future, the laying of multi-functional artificial grass is planned.
