House Sinanovi, Osina offers 30 beds in total.

Our desire is Sinanovi guesthouse to become the second home for everyone with their coziness and hospitality.



The house has 5 studios and 2 one-bedroom apartments. Apartments and studios are spacious. The terraces to the studios and apartments are also great. All apartments and studios at Sinavovi guesthouse are modernly furnished and have a living room or a living area with a TV with cable channels and a seating area with a sofa. Guests can prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchenettes and kitchens. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each apartment also has a balcony, and some offer scenic views of the forest.



Here guests can escape the narrow urban environment and enjoy the facilities of the base, the unique nature and the positive energy that radiates the Rhodopes.



The first-floor restaurant is also at guests' disposal. Here our staff will pamper you with a delicious lunch menu and fantastic specialties, and only good quality organic products are used for their preparation. Upon request, you can prepare and choose from the Rhodope cuisine.



For guests' complete relaxation, the well-equipped gym and sauna are also available.
