Hotel PinusVillas Complex, Zheleznitsa offers 35 beds in total.

PinusVillas is located in the villa zone Yarema, 27 km from the center of Sofia, Capital of Bulgaria and about 45 minutes away from Sofia Aiprort.



PinusVillas offers comfortable accommodation, high quality food and conference room. The facilities and location of PinusVillas create ideal conditions, both for recreation and for conferences, trainings, seminars.



The complex consists of Accommodation facility, Conference facilities, Restaurant and Dining area. Guests can accommodate in four two-storey wooden villas with the characteristics of a mountain chalet, each with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The main attractions of PinusVillas complex are private under-the-stars JACUZZIs in the backyard of each villa, available in all seasons. They are intended for the individual use of the guests of the respective villa. One of the villas has traditional SAUNA with a wood-burning stove, suitable for up to 4 people and the other tree villas are provided with PHYTO-barrel for individual treatments. The accommodations is equipped with a cable TV. All units have a deck. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in each unit. Towels are available.



PinusVillas Conference Room is equipped with 30 Set Table chairs. That allows the participants to choose different arrangements. The conference room is also equipped with Multimedia Projector, Projector Screen and everything needed for successful conference activities.



10 mountain bikes are available to guests free of charge.



Horseback riding and team building activities are available at extra charge.
