The village of Cherni Osam is perched on the two banks of the Cherni Osam river, at the foot of Mount Goliam Kupen (2169 m) and the peak of Vasil Levski (2166 m). The village is only 2 km away from the Troyan Monastery, the third largest in Bulgaria, founded 4 centuries ago.



The guest houses themselves are situated on an area of 1000 square meters and meet all modern requirements for comfort and coziness. The villas are self-contained and are divided into double rooms and apartments with a capacity of 16-20 beds. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, local heating, minibars and satellite TV. Each of the houses has a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchenette for the convenience of the guests. The guests have a barbecue area, children's playground, and private parking.



Guesthouse 1 has a large tavern with a fireplace for 18 people with a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The capacity of the house for accommodation is 8 beds + 2 extra beds. These are 2 double rooms with private bathrooms and 1 apartment for 4 people, which consists of 2 rooms, a corridor, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with heating and cable TV. Guesthouse 2 offers a tavern with a fireplace for 14 people again with a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The capacity of this villa is 8 beds + 2 extra beds. These are again 2 double rooms with separate bathrooms and 1 apartment for 4 people (2 rooms, corridor, and bathroom). All rooms have heating and cable TV.



Price for one night for 8 people is 250 BGN.
