House Perika Villa, Borino offers 8 beds in total.
Villa Perika is located 5 km from the village of Borino, in the Western Rhodopes and offers the opportunity for a weekend / weekly holiday or for a longer period - from early spring to late autumn. For adrenaline lovers, winter visits are also possible.
The road to the villa is asphalt, and the last 1 km is old asphalt and a section of black, but passable and by car road. The villa is suitable for individual as well as for family, family and friends visits. It has a cozy tavern for 15 people on the first level, kitchenette equipped with utensils, hobs, electric stove with oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.
with shower, toilet. One room has 3 (three) single beds, the other with 1 (one) double bed, a bunk bed (two single beds) and a single single bed. The capacity is 8 people. There is a possibility for 1 extra cot. (Those interested can be accommodated in tents in the yard, which is a unique experience). We have double tents - 3 pcs.
From the terrace on the second floor there is a beautiful view of the valley of the Kastrakli River, which formed unique meanders, as well as the nearby reservoir, which can be used for a fee. The villa has a large yard, offers entertainment such as ball games, archery, chess corner, air rifle, bicycles 3 pieces, darts. There is a separate bathroom for the yard.
On summer evenings, visitors can enjoy the coolness, the song of the crickets and the murmur of the nearby river winding in front of the house. In the yard at the disposal of tourists are covered barbecues - 2 pieces (1 special fireplace for the preparation of the original Rhodope barbecue), covered shed-chess corner, spring running water and more. If desired, guests can take marked eco-trails and visit local historical and natural landmarks, such as Partizanska Polyana 1.5 km, Kemera Bridge - 9 km, accessible on foot and by off-road vehicle.
