The southern one offers a panoramic view of the city and the mountain peaks around it, and the western one overlooks a pine forest.



Bendida is located in a high and quiet part of the city (next to several sanatoriums for lung diseases). Some of the most picturesque walking routes around Velingrad start near the apartment. 200 meters behind the building are two sheds with fountains, and 700 meters in the opposite direction is the central pedestrian promenade of the city. The main boulevard is quickly accessible by car (1 km).



The two rooms of the apartment are equipped with air conditioners and TVs. The kitchen area has an oven, induction hobs, a fridge and a dishwasher. The price includes the use of wireless internet. Guests of Bendida can use the services of a massage therapist upon request and for an additional fee.
