Located in the quiet southern part of Sinemorets, it offers a calming view of the Strandzha forest and is only 800 m from Butamyata beach.



The house is rented out independently throughout the summer season and is perfect for a family vacation or quiet companies that value peace.



What the house offers (with a capacity of up to 7 guests):

- 2 double rooms - each with a private bathroom and air conditioning

- 1 apartment - with air conditioning, bathroom, equipped kitchen and washing machine (for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children).

- summer outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with barbecue, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle

- spacious green yard - lawn with fruit trees and relaxation areas (hammock, Acapulco chairs and Relax chairs)
