The complex is designed as an ideal vacation spot for families with children and people who are tired of the bustle of the city. The location of the complex successfully combines the proximity of the beach /only 5-7 minutes walk/ and mountain infrastructure of European resort with silence and fresh air of the green zone.



The apartment has an individual entrance/exit to the pool. In front of the swimming pool towards to the sea extends park, revealing a large, free construction space. In the complex is made professional landscaping.



The number of guests in the apartment may not exceed 4 people (two adults + 2 children) regardless of their age, with the exception of the family that has more than two children.



The minimum rental period is 5 days. On booking must be paid 30% of the value of vacation and rest on the day of arrival. Upon check to pay a deposit of 100 Euro, which will be returned upon departure if no damages during life. The price of rent includes free use of swimming pool, lounge, parking space, barbecue.
