Chateau Windy Hills has located 12 km away from Sliven, west of the main road Sofia - Burgas, near the Sliven mineral baths. It features an array of 420 acres of vines of high-quality French saplings of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Muscat of Alexandria. The winery is designed for processing 500 tons of grapes in a closed technological cycle.



The building is located in the center of the vineyard, and of its attraction tower magnificent view of the massif and its surroundings. Windy Hills complex has a restaurant with winter and summer garden with 80 seats and an outdoor pool. In the dedicated tasting room with 25 seats our guests can taste the unique flavor of wines.
